We understand this pandemic has destroyed many lives and left many people unemployed. In the mist of all it is great to see nonprofits coming together to help our community. It is also amazing that many of us are willing to help our community, even though we might be in the same position. But we would like to remind you of the many scammers out there waiting to take advantage of people’s good intentions. Keep in mind.
– Beware of requests for Covid-19 donations from nonprofit organizations. Many of these scammers pose as legitimate organizations to scam people by asking for donations. If you want to help, try to find the actual website of the specific nonprofit organization you would like to donate money to.
– Beware of requests from “hospitals” in need of money. Again, if you want to support any public, nonprofit, or private organization, visit their offices or official website for more information. Don’t rely on some random text, call, or email.
Remember to follow all guidelines given during this pandemic. Feel free to contact us with any questions or service requests!
